We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.
PLEASE be very mindful while ordering the items you are after, we will not respond to emails if you are asking for an address change or size change.
We accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong. There is no refunds unless you have received a defective product.
Items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with original packaging. Tags still in tact, an no odor.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is not refunded.
Customer is responsible, so insuring packages is highly recommended. Inner Society will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If we do not have desired size available we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange.
Once product is received at our warehouse we will email you to complete the exchange process.
